New (2007) log cabin by the sea, just a 15 minutes drive from Estonia’s summer capital of Pärnu. 400 meters to the sea, with several small sand beaches. The cabin is highly suitable for a coupe or a small family who appreciate tranquility by the sea with proximity to the services and attractions of a major resort. The cabin has high standard leather and hardwood furnishing. Very good opportunities for experiencing beautiful coastal nature with bird and wildlife. But also highly suitable as a base for exploring the Estonian countryside, and maybe even some of Latvia. It’s very hard to find a better location and the cabin is just charming.
On the ground floor there is an all-purpose room with kitchen part as well as bathroom with wc and shower. Somewhat basic equipment in kitchen-living room but the atmosphere is cosy and kitchen appliances are new (2007). The wood burning stove keeps you warm and adds to the cozy atmosphere of the cabin. On the second floor the is a hall with two single beds and beyond it the master bedroom with double bed. Terrace on the ground and balcony, both facing south for maximum enjoyment of the sun throughout the day.
In the area you find horse riding, bird and wildlife watching facilities, swimming, coastal hiking, cross country skiing and golf. Nearby is Tahkuranna village (no shop) and towards the sea there are coastal meadows and marsh, backed by woodland. The cabin gets lots of sun and has a bit of a view of the sea (from the second floor) and the beach offers wonderful sunsets in the sea. The surroundings are very beautiful also in the wintertime and heating with wood burning and electricity will keep you warm.
