A very nice little farmstead, recently built with high standard. It has its’ own windmill behind the main house and a little museum in an out-house. The house is situated in the south coast of Saaremaa right next to a protected bay. It is just far enough from the sea to avoid the breezes and close enough for a stroll down to the beach (1000 meter). It is a beuatiful house and the yard is well-kept, with lots of flowers. It is easy to see that the owner takes a keen interest in old things when you see the museum in the outhouse. In the museum you may even try sleeping on a straw matress, as in the old days. In the main house you have all conveniences.
New kitchen appliances 2009. Ceramic stove top, new fridge, air conditioner.
By the house you find two barbeque places, one ordinary under a roof and one for open fire (with which the neighbour will help you). By the beach you find secluded picnic-tables and a volleyball-field. The beach is however rather private and never crowded because it is not very easy to find. There is a boat you may rent additionally. There is lots of fish in the bay.
If you are a larger company, you may rent a second house on the farmstead (Baltcott house 32). This house is also in very good condition. In this house there are 4+1 beds. The farmstead is not disturbed by neighbours close by.
There is also a detaced sauna building.Heating this sauna and filling the wooden hot tub for you is at additional fee of 750 EEK (50 EUR). NB! 1 basket of firewood is included in the rent. Additional firewood is available on location, at price of 25 EEK (1,60 EUR) per basket. 1 basket of firewood is always enough to heat the sauna once.

NB! Saturdays: arrival 16.00, departure 10:00. For later arrival please just inform the owner of the cottage/apartment. Departure Sundays in case of weekend rentals until 22:00.
Use of sauna is included in the rent once per week unless otherwise said for specific property.
