Originally a stables from the Czar's times, which in the summer of 2008 was completed as a most comfortable and modern sea-side dwelling. Old charm and modern comfort has been joined in pleasant relaxing harmony. All appliances are fully modern. The house has floor heating, a large fireplace and air conditioning. Around the large table there’s room even for a large company of people. On the second floor there’s a room and on both ends of the house bed-rooms joined by a bridge over the ground floor.
The sea is no more than 50 meters from the house. By the sea is a sand beach, suitable for children, with shallow water. The first1-2 meters of the sea the bottom has some stones and pebbles but after that it’s only sand bottom.
High-quality beds 90x200cm guarantee your sweet dreams. In all, there are 10 beds. In front of the house there’s a large (80m2) terrace where many people can enjoy a festive barbeque (bring your own coal). There is also a separate roofed grill in the yard, also suitable for instance for a game of darts.
There’s also a detached sauna house, built on top of the old earth-cellar, where foodstuffs are held to this day. In the sauna house there is the sauna, shower-room and furnished lounge. On the second floor there is possibility for 6 people to sleep on mattresses on the floor (at extra cost). In font of the sauna-house is a 50m2 terrace with table, chairs and a wonderful view of the sea.
This wonderful place is located in the Matsalu national park, famous among bird-watchers for it’s very wide variety of migrating birds. It’s just on the shore of the Baltic sea. Frisbee golf can be played right here and on the peninsula you also find the charming old fishing harbour of Puise.
Firewood for sauna (one time) is included in the rent. Electricity is included in the rent. Final cleaning is mandatory additional service á 57€
NB! Additional sleeping places in sauna building must be ordered and paid additionally, 58 EUR/person/week, max 6 people.
The can house be rented between Nov 1st and March 31st on special agreement - well in advance of the start of the rental period.

Use of sauna is included in the rent once per week unless otherwise said for specific property.
