335 km north from Rovaniemi, Lake Paatari 50 m (lenght 12 km, width 2 km), shallow, hard and rocky bottom, own boat. Wilderness location, there is no road to the destination, car parking in summer time 1,6 km and winter time 16 km, transfers available from the owner (please read the end of the text). One and half storey loghouse (former home house of reindeer herder family), built in 1950 and renovated in 2008. Combined kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed (width 140 cm), second bedroom with 2 beds, the upstairs room (14 m²) with 3 beds, upstairs little room (7 m²) with convertible bed, covered porch. Open fire place and stove in the living room, masonry stoves in bedrooms, stove in upstairs room, no heating in smaller upstairs room. Height in upstairs is lower than normally (about 1,78 m). The cottage's lighting and refrigerator are powered by solar panel electricity. Outside cellar, household and drinking water from the spring (distance 100 m). Open fire site, ring burner and griddle pan. Sauna by the lake: sauna, dressing room and open porch. Water musst be carried from the lake (20 m).

Idyllic log cabin by the Lake Paatari which is rich in fish, wilderness-like environment, near River Lemmenjoki mouth (600 m). Water way access for example to Lemmenjoki National Park (distance to the National Park border 4 km). Old yard, in addition to the cabin there is a barn building, storehouse and woodshed. Boat trips in summer time, in winter time snowmobile trips to the fell and icefishing trips available from the owner. Reindeer meat for sale, also home cooking (reindeer and fish dishes) available from the owner. Pets (max 2) allowed at extra fee, 25e/pet. Fishing: Lemmenjoki National Park fishing license area No 1562. Lake Paatari: license area 1564 Inari Wilderness and provincial lure fishing fee (province of Lapland). Hunting: Hammastunturi (license area 1610); willow grouse, waterfowl, hare and small game. Inari center services 58 km, The Sámi Museum and Nature Centre Siida 58 km, Sámi Cultural Centre Sajos 58 km. Car parking in summer time end of the forest road in 1,6 km distance from the cabin and in winter time car parking in owner's yard in 16 km distance (by snowmobile). Transfers available from the owner: by snowmobile 100 e/one-way or by boat 100 e/one-way (please book beforehand from the owner, payment to the owner).   Suuri kiitos isäntäväelle! Talossa on säilytetty alkuperäinen tunnelma. Paikka on upea ja rauhallinen. Kalastuksen lisäksi ympäröivässä maastossa voi tehdä kävely/luontoretkiä. Pienen matkan päässä on myös upea hiekkaranta.

  Tällä kertaa paatari tarjosi sateisen reissun. Toki paistoikin. Kalaa tuli paremmin kuin viimeksi. Isommalla veneellä oli helppo liikkua ja turvallista lasten kanssa. Kiitos taas isäntäväelle. Upea paikka.
