Downstairs: kitchen, living room, sauna (electric stove), washroom and dressing room. Upstairs: bedroom 2 beds, bedroom 3 beds (double bed and 1 separate bed), and TV/living room. Main building's fireplaces are in downstairs living room and upstairs TV room. Separate rentable log cabin for guests with 2 rooms (4 and 3 beds). In guest cabin WC, electric heating and electric light. Separate lakeshore sauna building (18m2) with sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom (hot water cauldron), room with fireplace (metal fireplace) and roofed terrace. Sauna has electric light and electric heating as well as a fridge. Lakeshore sauna in use only between 01.06.-30.09. each year. For winter season (1.12.-31.3.) the Ski waxing room can be used. Elentric car charging for extra fee.

High quality complex Tölliniemi / Juhannusniemi is surrounded by lake scenery and ideal for short and longer stays. Recommendable for all people, who want to enjoy nature and who want to charge their batteries as well as for families with children's and larger groups or family gathering. Räisälä boat slipway 2 km. Good fishing opportunities on Lake Kemijärvi, fishing permits can be bought in Joutsijärvi from a cafe with shopping opportunity 15 km away. Nearest point of interest is the concrete bunker from the Salpa line, which is also located in Joutsijärvi. Suomu cross ski trail network (Suomutunturi) 2 km, ski slopes and other services 6 km.
