Despite the total area of the apartment, the apartment is spacious due to its functional floor plan, high room height and the extra 20 square meter space located in the high loft. On the ground floor, bedroom with double bed, washroom and sauna, separate toilet, living room/kitchen and living room. The living room has an atmospheric fireplace and Android TV. The loft has two separate 90 cm wide beds as well as workstation for teleworking. There is a child safety gate at the top of the stairs. The travel cot and high chair for a baby can be used free of charge with prior notice. There is parking space for two cars in front of the apartment. There are two sleds and fuelwood for the fireplace in the storage. Tenants can freely borrow the sleds. A lovely little hut is located in the yard. The hut can be used freely, but you must bring your own firewood.
