Welcome to relax in the enchanting scenery of Ylläs! We offer a cozy cabin completed in February 2024 in Ylläsjärvi, providing space and comfort for the whole family or group of friends. The cabin is located near the southern slopes of Ylläs. You can ski right to the corner of the cabin from the slopes Länsiraja. The ski resort and gondola lift are approximately 1 km away. Ylläs offers fantastic outdoor activities year-round. In winter, you can enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, and admiring the Northern Lights. In summer, the area boasts splendid hiking and biking trails, as well as the opportunity to relax in the midst of nature. The ground floor of the holiday home features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a spacious living room-kitchen with high ceilings, a separate entrance area with ample drying and storage space for outdoor clothing and equipment, a bathroom, utility room, sauna, and an additional separate toilet. The generous loft area has four beds. There are a total of 8 fixed sleeping places, plus two additional beds in the loft. This unique architect-designed property offers excellent facilities for comfortable and active leisure throughout the year. The cabin is equipped with comprehensive tableware and cooking utensils, an air source heat pump (cooling and heating), a drying cabinet, washing machine, smart TV, smart lock, and fiber optic connection. One of the bedrooms features a small remote work station. Additionally, you can enjoy shared moments by the fireplace or on the spacious outdoor terrace in the spring sunshine. The property is suitable for families with children; a travel crib and high chair are available in the cabin. The stairs to the loft and the railings are safe, and safety gates are provided at both ends of the stairs. The cabin includes a carport and a spacious heated storage room, suitable for storing bicycles, skis, and other equipment. For an additional fee (55 €/reservation), an electric car charging station is available in the carport.

In the same courtyard, there are two other similar properties: Property 16944, Villa Eloisa, and Property 16926, Villa Aava. Together, these properties are ideal for accommodating even larger groups, if availability permits.

From February till April during weeks 8-16 the destination will be available to you from 18.00 on the day of your arrival and until 10.00 on the day of your departure. Please, notice it when planning your travel schedules (during the high season it’s not possible to have earlier check-in or later check-out). In case you would like to check-in earlier or check-out later due to for example timetables of public traffic, please contact the customer service and check if it would be possible to book also previous/following night.
