It is located in Ylläsjärvi village at Ylinen Palovaara, in a peaceful spot amidst beautiful ridge forest. Large windows offer stunning views of the surrounding nature.
The ground floor features a living room/kitchen, a separate WC, and a bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed. The loft provides additional sleeping spaces, with four 80 cm wide single beds.
The property includes a separate log sauna (with electric stove), accessible via a covered terrace. There is also an open veranda.
Child-friendly equipment: travel cot, potty, safety gates both downstairs and upstairs.
Fast fiber-optic internet connection.
Direct access from the yard to illuminated ski trails and hiking routes.
The distance to the ski slopes and grocery store is about 2 km.
