A cozy gable apartment in a row house located in the Helukka area of Äkäslompolo. In winter, cross-country ski trails run nearby, and during the snow-free season, there are versatile outdoor and cycling routes. Peaceful location. The center of Äkäslompolo is about 2.5 km away.
The apartment features a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed. There is also an open loft with a 140 cm wide double bed and a separate 80 cm foldable extra bed. Please note that the stairs leading to the loft are steep.
The washroom includes a WC and an electric sauna. There is no fireplace in the apartment. An outdoor storage room accessed from the terrace can accommodate, for example, two bicycles.
The apartment is rented for a maximum of 3 guests.
The housing complex includes a grill hut equipped with a ski maintenance table and tools.
PLEASE NOTE: Use of an in-car interior heater is prohibited.
