A log-built terraced house apartment in a prime location in the village of Äkäslompolo. Services such as shops and equipment rentals are within walking distance. You can access the ski trail directly from the apartment's door.

The apartment was built in 1991. It has a combined kitchen/living room with comprehensive equipment and a sofa bed for 2 people, a loft (13 m², sloped ceiling, steep stairs). The loft has 2 beds (80 cm wide) and 2 folding mattresses (60 cm wide). There is a lockable outdoor storage.

The apartment features an electric sauna and a bathroom with a toilet. The bathroom and sauna were renovated in the summer of 2026.

Electric car charging is possible at charging points located 30 meters away, opposite the apartment (external, paid Plugit charging point).
