40 km north of Kolari, Äkäslompolojärvi, 1.7 km to the swimming area. Cozy log semi-detached house in the village of Äkäslompolo, in the Nilivaara area. The apartment is located in a peaceful cabin area, close to ski trails. Suitable for two adults or a small family.

Log semi-detached house, 36 m² + spacious loft, built in 1989. Combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna, bathroom/WC. The loft has 4 box spring beds, two of which are arranged as a double bed. The loft is low with steep stairs. Spacious warm entrance hall with underfloor heating. The cabin provides two sleds and sliders, and one set of skis (no ski boots). Wifi = 5G

Car heating socket on the side of the house. Charging of electric/hybrid cars is prohibited.

For an additional fee, a child package is available: includes a high chair and travel cot (bedding not included). The apartment is equipped with a potty, a toilet seat reducer, children's books, and games. There is no child safety gate at the bottom of the stairs.
