Villa Riemuliiteri is a stylish and modern semi-detached house completed in 2022. The total area of the apartment is 69m², with a loft of 20m². It includes a combined kitchen/living room, a living room, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, and a loft with two 90 cm beds and one 80 cm bed. Downstairs, there are washing facilities with an electric sauna, shower, and toilet, as well as a washing machine. There is also a drying cabinet in the entrance and an additional separate toilet.

With high ceilings and nearly floor-to-ceiling windows, nature feels close. Enjoy the mountain views from the living room and the modern kitchen, equipped with high-quality tableware and cooking utensils. Villa Riemuliiteri has invested in domestic beds. Storage space is maximized, especially in the entrance and bedroom, in addition to the apartment-specific storage room.

The housing complex offers a shared ski maintenance room and a sausage grilling spot near the outdoor trail.

The apartment has wireless WiFi, whether you're working remotely, watching smart TV, or accessing the front door with a numeric code.

Additionally, renters have access to one medium-sized Tunturi Fatbike. Please note that the bike is not serviced between rentals.

There is one shared electric car charging point in the housing complex. The electric car charging fee is 50 euros per reservation.
