Villa Valoisa is an impressive villa completed in 2024, located in the Äkäslompolo tourist center in the beautiful Kaulavaara area.

Constructed from massive logs and heated with geothermal energy, the villa is comprehensively equipped and beautifully decorated. The total usable area is approximately 235 m². The property also includes an outbuilding with a carport and a storage room for outdoor equipment, featuring a ski maintenance table, available for guests.

This three-story villa's lowest floor has a spacious living area with an electric fireplace that adds ambiance. The lower floor includes one bedroom with two beds (80 cm wide each) and bathroom facilities; an electric sauna with a ready-to-use stove, a high-quality bathroom with two showers and a whirlpool bath. Additionally, there is a dressing room, a separate WC, and a covered terrace.

The middle floor features a well-equipped and spacious kitchen and dining area (table for 10 people). There is a living area with a cozy heat-storing fireplace, two bedrooms—one with a 180 cm wide double bed and the other with two separate 80 cm wide beds—a separate WC, a utility room, and a large terrace.
