Final Cleaning 100 €High-quality semi-detached house built in 2006, located in the village of Ylläsjärvi, in the Iso-Ylläs area.
The apartment has a floor area of 54 m² plus a 13 m² loft. There is a kitchen, one bedroom with two separate 90 cm wide beds, and the loft has two separate 80 cm beds. All beds are from Unikulma and will be renewed in 2025. There is an electric sauna and a bathroom/WC. The bathroom has just been renovated, and the living area has been updated.
The location is excellent for winter sports, with direct access to snowmobile trails right from the yard.
