The apartment is located very close to the Gondola lift station and Restaurant Taiga. It offers easy access to the slopes, ski tracks, hiking trails, and evening entertainment.
The apartment, built in 2009, includes a combined kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds, 1 sleeping alcove with a bunk bed (lower bed 120 cm wide, upper bed 80 cm wide), an electric sauna, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
