Polar Charm Oy is a three-story semi-detached house completed in September 2023, located on the southern slopes of Yllästunturi, close to the ski resort. Two ski passes are included in the price for the winter season 2025-2026.

The apartment has a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with two separate beds (combined into a double bed), and two additional mattresses for one on the living room sofa bed.

There is an electric sauna, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a separate toilet. The entrance hall has a drying cabinet for equipment.

The building is situated near the tree line, and this apartment is on the first floor. The front door offers beautiful views to the south.

The property has an electric car charging point 'Plugit', with usage charged separately via an app, with instructions available at the cabin. Charging electric and hybrid cars using the engine block heaters is prohibited.
