This ground-floor apartment features a kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms, with two separate beds (one convertible into a double bed) in each, and additional sleeping space for two on the living room sofa. The second bedroom also features a desk for remote work.
Electric sauna, a bathroom with a shower WC and drying cabinet. Also, a separate WC.
The building offers a shared ski maintenance room and a locked storage space for each apartment's equipment. Skis and bicycles must be stored in the designated cellar storages during the tenant's stay and should not be taken to the apartment balconies.
Electric car charging point 'Plugit', usage is paid separately via the app, instructions for use at the cottage.
The apartment's location is excellent; you may not necessarily need a car during your stay as all the ski resort services, Ylläs slopes, ski trails, hiking, and cycling routes are within walking distance. Ylläsjärvi village services, including a store, are approx. 5 km away.
The apartment is located on the second floor above the tree line, offering splendid views to the south from the balcony.
