Three-story apartment building by Polar Charm housing company was completed in September 2023 on the southern slope of Yllästunturi, close to the ski resort.

This ground-floor apartment features a living room/kitchen, a sliding door bedroom with two separate beds (can be combined into a double bed), an alcove with a bunk bed for two, and a sofa bed for two in the living room.

Electric sauna, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a separate WC. The entrance hall has a drying cabinet.

The building offers a shared ski maintenance room and a locked storage space for each apartment's equipment. Skis and bicycles must be stored in the designated cellar storages during the tenant's stay and should not be taken to the apartment balconies.

Kohteessa on sähköauton latauspiste ´Plugit´, käyttö maksetaan erikseen apin kautta, käyttöohjeet mökillä. Electric car charging point 'Plugit', usage is paid separately via the app, instructions for use at the cottage.
