Cottage number 16852
Three-story apartment building by Polar Charm housing company was completed in September 2023 on the southern slope of Yllästunturi, close to the ski resort. 2 lift tickets are included in the price for the winter season 2025-2026.
In this second-floor apartment, there is a combined living room/kitchen, a bedroom with sliding door, featuring two separate beds (combined into a double bed), and an alcove with a bunk bed for two.
Electric sauna, a bathroom with a shower WC and drying cabinet. Also, a separate WC.
The building offers a shared ski maintenance room and a locked storage space for each apartment's equipment. Skis and bicycles must be stored in the designated cellar storages during the tenant's stay and should not be taken to the apartment balconies.
Electric car charging point 'Plugit', usage is paid separately via the app, instructions for use at the cottage. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles from the car heating sockets is prohibited.
The apartment's location is excellent; you may not necessarily need a car during your stay as all the ski resort services, Ylläs slopes, ski trails, hiking, and cycling routes are within walking distance. Ylläsjärvi village services, including a store, are approx. 5 km away.
