Luxurious and spacious villa in Ylläsjärvi offers the perfect setting for active holidays and relaxation year-round. Ski trails and slopes are located right next door, allowing you to step directly from the cabin into the stunning landscapes and experiences of Lapland. As a unique addition, you have access to electric-assisted fat bikes, perfect for exploring the Ylläs terrain in both winter and summer.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 people. There are four cozy bedrooms providing beds for eight, and additional sleeping arrangements for four in the spacious upstairs living area. Three bedrooms have their own TV, and the upstairs rooms open onto private balconies.

The high and bright downstairs living area invites you to spend shared moments by the heat-storing fireplace. The modern and well-equipped combined kitchen/living room makes gathering easy and enjoyable. Relaxation is enhanced by a spacious sauna area with a ready-to-use stove and a hot tub. Practical amenities include a separate office, a utility room with a drying cabinet, and a separate ski maintenance room with equipment.

The yard features a carport with an electric car charging point (22 kW), an atmospheric kota/grill shelter, and two electric-assisted fat bikes included in the rental.

For families, a baby cot and two high chairs are also available.
