A spacious, comfortable apartment in a row house in the peaceful Ylinen Palovaara area of Ylläsjärvi Village. The apartment is part of a housing complex with 4 units, offering excellent facilities for families and larger groups.

Built in 2011, the apartment has a floor area of 75 m², plus approximately 10 m² of additional space in the loft. The accommodation is suitable for up to 8 guests. The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm wide double bed; in one of the bedrooms, the bed can be separated into two single beds. The upstairs loft has two 160 cm wide beds, which can also be separated if needed.
