This personal and atmospheric 100 m² cottage offers the perfect place to relax in the middle of nature. The cottage was built in 2011, the property combines modern comforts and a rustic atmosphere. Your own peace is guaranteed - the nearest neighbor is located about a kilometer away.

There is a beautiful, deep artificial pond in the yard with fresh water flowing through it. The spacious panoramic terrace upstairs opens up to stunning views and invites you to enjoy peaceful mornings and evening sun.

Although the cottage offers a complete break from everyday life, the connections are good: Helsinki is about 292 km away and Savonlinna is only 48 km away.

The downstairs of the cottage has a living room/kitchen, a hallway/utility room with access to a separate toilet, a wood-fired sauna, which also has a toilet in the washroom. Upstairs there is a cozy living area and two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Stairs lead from the upper floor to a magnificent panoramic terrace that wraps around the entire cottage and offers stunning views of the surrounding nature.

Additional sleeping spaces can be found on both floors, with sofa beds that can be spread out.

On the opposite shore of the pond, there is an atmospheric barbecue hut and two beach volleyball courts, which can also be used for yard games and relaxed socializing. The pond is deep and is best suited for those who can swim.
