On public holiday's eves customer service is open until 16 o'clock and during public holidays customer service is closed.
Call charges from Finnish landline: 3,2 c/minute + 8,28 c/call, including VAT. Call charge from Finnish mobile phone: 19,2 c/minute, including VAT. Call charges when calling from abroad or from a foreign mobil phone are always set by local operators. Queuing is also charged. Please, notice that we can not receive SMSs to our Customer service numbers.
