Puhdas ja mukava, hyvin varusteltu mökki. Kaikki tarvikkeet siistejä ja hyväkuntoisia. Ilmalämpöpumppukin löytyi. Mökki ei ole rannalla, eikä järvi juurikaan näy mökkiin. Polkua pitkin pääsee uima- ja venepaikalle. Erittäin matala, pikkulapsille sopiva uimaranta.
