Hettanen is a charming and electrified little cabin located near the beach of lake Ounasjärvi. Only 5 kilometer distance to the services of Hetta (municipality center of Enontekiö). The cabin has a cozy living room/kitchen. Beds can be used as seats. There is a bunk bed in the alcove. The cabin is also equipped with a sauna. Please note, that there is no water supply in the cabin, but there is a sink in the kitchen. Water for the sauna can be taken from a water tap shared by a few cabins. The tap is located about 20 meters from the cabin. Water comes from the municipal water supply network. The sauna has an electric water heater. The cabin has an outdoor toilet. The right of use and the right to access the beach are available (the cabin does not have its own beach). Therefore, this is the perfect destination for those who want to enjoy a cabin life in the middle of Lapland's nature without having to give up all living comforts. Please note that the road to the cabin is not necessarily plowed in winter, so you can either ski or use a snowmobile. The distance is about 300 meters. The electric car can be charged for an additional fee . Fee is per charging time. from the cabin's normal wall outlet (10 A). There is no official charging station. Charcoal grill: please be prepared to bring your own coals with you. You can also use logs that are available.

WILDERNESS CABIN: Wilderness cabins are suitable for fishing, trekking, and hunting trips. Facilities in wilderness cabins are often more modest than in holiday cabins. The cabin is not preheated before the customer’s arrival. The cabin should be cleaned by the customer during the holiday and after that. Maintenance does not inspect the cabin after every guest. If the cabin is not cleaned or there are deficiencies, please contact the caretaker immediately upon arrival by calling. The guest must bring their own bed linen and towels (not available for rent). Pets are welcome but are not allowed in the beds. Pet waste must be collected from the property. The location in the village of Enontekiö offers good services, because the distance to the center of Hetta, where you can find shops and other necessary services, is only 5 kilometers. The Hetta-Pallas hiking trail can be reached about 1 km from the cabin. Ski and snowmobile trails are also located in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. In addition, ski park Hetta Hiihtomaa is located nearby, which offers a network of ski trails and ski lift. The nature center of Tunturi-Lappi is located only 3 kilometers away. The small game hunting areas of the state lands, where you can hunt birds, such as grouse, starts from the border of Hetta village near the cabin. Fishing in lakes is usually permitted with fisheries management fee. One fishing rod can be used.
