Saanan Helmi is located in the enchanting village of Kilpisjärvi. The landscape is dominated by clear mountain lakes and Finland's highest fells. The most famous of these fells is the majestic Saana, at the foot of which the village is situated.

Saanan Helmi is a warm and well-equipped cabin. From the large windows of this beautiful cabin, you can enjoy a spacious mountain view of Lake Ala-Kilpis, which can be admired in the warmth of the fireplace. The shore of Lake Ala-Kilpis is 90 meters away, with no private beach, and the cabin road runs between the beach and the cabin.

This wooden cabin was completed in 2023. There is a combined kitchen/living room, one bedroom with a double bed, and two additional bedrooms each with two single beds. The cabin includes a sauna, a bathroom with a toilet, an additional toilet, a utility room, and an entrance hall. There is also a terrace.

Please note: There is a charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles, which must be booked in advance (select electric vehicle charging and specify how many times you wish to charge during your stay). Charging is available from 10 PM to 10 AM, at a cost of €26 per charging session.

During the summer, two bicycles (one fat bike) are available for guests. The bicycles can be arranged separately with the owner (contact details are provided in the booking confirmation). The bicycles are shared with another cabin, 16144 Saanan Lumous.

Bringing a hot tub to the cabin is prohibited. The cabin's yard and the cabin itself are monitored by surveillance cameras. The cameras are only active when there are no guests at the cabin.
