Accommodation information
290 km northwest of Rovaniemi, by the Muonionjoki River 15 m, near by the rapids, hard and stony ground and fast-flowing water. Log cottage, inside paneled, built in 2002. Living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with 120 wide bed, another with 2 single beds, loft with 120 cm wide bed and two mattresses, sauna with electric stove, bathroom/wc, veranda and balcony. There is also TV, but visibility in that area is poor.

Three cabins in the area, located close by each other; 11607, 11608, and 11609. Shared fire place between the three cottages. The cottages are suitable especially for fishermen and hunters. Fishing area: 2502 Tornio-Muonionjoki-Könkämäeno (www.eraluvat.fi). Small game hunting areas (grouse): 1614 Hetta Karesuvanto, 1615 Näkkälä, 1613 Käsivarsi (www.eraluvat.fi). Distances: Jyppyrä ski resort 40 km, Olostunturi 68 km. Snowmobile route called `Victorian reitti`on the opposite shore (Sweden) 200 m. Palojoensuu 11 km, Karesuvanto 25 km, Hetta 37 km, Muonio 60 km, Kilpisjärvi 130 km. Due to long distances maintenance can not check the cabin after all customers. If the cottage is not cleaned or there are deficiencies, please contact the owner immediately on arrival. There might be some colour-/tasteproblem with the tap water, if nobody has used it for a while. It gets better after using it.

Mökki oli siisti ja kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi varusteista.

Mökki löytyi helposti ja on hyvällä paikalla. Varustelutaso korkealaatuinen ja muutenkin viihtyisä. Ympäristössä oivallista retki ja umpihankihiihtomaastoja.
