300 km north of Rovaniemi, lake Muotkajärvi 50 m (length 4 km, width 1 km), shallow, hard sand bottom, own boat. Wooden house, built 1950, renovated 1990. Downstairs: kitchen, living room with convertible sofa, fireplace and dining set, bedroom with a single bed and bunk bed, another bedroom with bunk bed. Washroom, sauna (elec. stove), toilet, hall. Air source heat pump in the livingroom. The upper floor of the building is not available for clients. Yard sauna (20 m²) with wood-heating Aito stove, electric light, cold water hose.
