Villa Helmi – a stunning floating villa in the heart of the capital region

Welcome to a unique accommodation option: Villa Helmi offers luxurious and peaceful settings for family celebrations, corporate events, or relaxing holidays. This 85.5 m² floating villa, built in 2007, combines unobstructed sea views, modern comforts, and an excellent location – easily accessible by metro.

The heart of the villa is the spacious combined kitchen/living room, which comfortably seats 12 people at the dining table. If needed, an additional dining table for four can be added to the space. The living room includes a sofa bed, and there is a separate dressing room/guest room with another sofa bed, providing extra accommodation comfort.

The bathroom features two showers and an electric sauna. A separate toilet adds practicality. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath, and access to the rooftop terrace. Additionally, the villa includes a heated glass terrace and a lower terrace with an electric grill. In total, you have access to three sea-view terraces with unobstructed views of the water.

Extra accommodation is available in the separately rented Villa Tähti (20 m²), which has a sofa bed for two.
