60km West of Oulu, 100 m of Bothnian Bay, shallow sandy beach in shared use, no boat available. Three-storey holiday apartment in a semi-detached house, built in 2012. Downstairs with living room, bathroom (with toilet) and electric sauna as well as glazed terrace. In the middle floor combined kitchen-livingroom with sofabed for 1 person, toilet and balcony. Upstairs as a bedroom, which is divided in 2 parts with a cabinet, both parts with 2 beds. Fireplace in the apartment is not in use.

Modern apartment with a good quality, located in the area of 40 apartments. Apartment is located by the sea, in the western part of the island of Hailuoto. Near by there are cabins of Rantasumppu and Hotel Luotsihotelli with it's services. An own bed linen & towels must be brought along. Island of Hailuoto is located in Bothnian Bay, near by the city of Oulu. During summer time there is a ferry connection (free of charge) every half an hour from Oulunsalo to Hailuoto and it lasts about half an hour. During winter there is also ferry connection, but not so often. Distance from Oulu to the ferry harbour is about 25 km and distance from Oulu airport to the ferry harbour about 20 km. You can reach Hailuoto also by bus from Oulu.

Marjaniemen helmi vastasi erittäin hyvin odotuksiamme kaikin puolin äijäporukkamme juhlakokoontumiselle. Siisti, tyylikäs ja hyvin varusteltu. Kaikki olennaiset palvelut olivat kävelymatkan päässä. Suosittelen.
