Villa Aallokko holiday villa is massive and comfortable log house in a wooded, quiet and sunny plot, gentle slope to shore. 37 km to the north of Hämeenlinna, Lake Iso-Roine 20 m (length of 7 km, a width of 5 km), deep, hard clay / stone base, own boat. Log cottage 2014, kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 separate beds, 2 convertible beds (which can be positioned as needed), shower room, sauna (electric stove), large terrace. Carport. Internet connection.

The beach deepens quickly, not suitable for children, who can´t swim! A campfire place with benches on the beach (about 20 m away) in shared use with cottage 11585 and also a boat place in shared use. Also 1730 Linnusmaa cottage is situated next to this villa. Own dock with lighting. The washing machine has also drying function. Water in the tap comes from the own well (new 2022). The owner has a farm about 3 km away. There is a caravan park with a shallow sandy beach. Possibility to rent outboard motor for boat. Hauho 14 km, Sappee ski resort 25 km, Aulanko (spa and a golf course) 32 km. NB! Linen are included in the price, but they are not made ready to the beds. If the customer wishes linen to made ready, it costs 15 € / person. If you want bed linen made ready, book additional service. Also write to additional information which beds should be made (if you are less than 6 persons). Note! There is a deposit payment of 150 euros. Payment by cash on the spot on arrival.
