The cabin includes a combined kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, and upstairs (accessible by steep stairs) there are four single beds. There is an electric sauna, a shower and toilet in the washroom, and an outdoor terrace. The entire ground floor, including the shower and sauna areas, features underfloor heating.
At the lakeshore, there is a wood-heated barrel sauna and a rowing boat. The distance to the shore is 30 meters. The shore is shallow and sandy (with a muddy bottom in deeper areas and at the sides), and there is approximately 500 meters of private shoreline. The spacious yard includes a sanded volleyball court.
The cabin is located on an approximately 80-hectare forest estate, with the cabin plot covering about 5 hectares. Next to Mäntyranta cabin is a 50-hectare nature reserve.
