75 km to the north of Savonlinna, lake Ruokovesi / Ruokovirta 20 m (length 5 km, width 120 m), part of the Saimaa lakes, shallow, hard sand bottom, opposite beach 200 m away, ferry route passes the lake in front of cottage (Heinävesi route), own boat. Log cottage 1984, kitchen-living room, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom with convertible sofa bed for two, sauna, dressing room, veranda. Outside toilet, woodshed. Yard patio. A cot and high chair, can be brought to the cottage if necessary.

Red, cozy log cottage. Behind the cottage there is rock, in the yard there is lawn and trees. The cottage has drainage, but water has to be carried from the lake 20 m away. Owner will supply drinking water in the beginning of the holiday, after which clients should get the drinking water from a well 1.5 km away. Berry and mushroom picking areas begin from the corner of the cottage. In autumn there is a possibility by separate agreement for bird hunting on the owner's farm. Good fishing opportunities in Kerma rapids, distance of 5 km. Owner rents out outboard motor (2 hp), canoe. Owner's tourism farm (distance 700 m) there are a small animals such as sheep in the summer. Same owner's other rental cottage (No. 7532) is 300 m away. Heinävesi church village 13 km, Valamo Monastery and Lintula approx. 40 km, Kolovesi National Park by boat approx. 7 km.

  Vesijohtoa ei ollut ja oli ulkohuussi, mutta ne oli mainittu kuvauksessakin. Mökki oli siisti ja siellä oli kaikki, mitä tarvittiin. Hyvä sauna, puhdas järvi ja oma rauha olivat tärkeä osa lomaa. Erittäin ystävällinen emäntä. Mökki oli kuvauksen mukainen, siitä viisi tähteä.
