  Cottage is well maintained, building is fresh as well as stuff inside - furniture, dishes etc are fresh. Kitchen utensils, seems to be recently replaced by new ones. Beds are solid and do not squeak. Area in front of the cottage and the lake shore is at the south, i.e. sunny and warm all the day.
