Järvelä is a traditional rental cabin located on Väisälänsaari Island, on the shores of Lake Puula. It is 38 km northwest of Mikkeli, with Lake Puula just 25 meters away. The lakeshore is a mix of hard sand and gravel, and there are two piers and a rowing boat available.

This round log cabin, built in 1980, includes a combined kitchen/living room, a sleeping alcove with a double bed, and a living room with a sofa bed that can be converted into two alternative sleeping places (instead of the outbuilding). The maximum occupancy is four people. The living room has an open fireplace and a refrigerator, while the kitchenette is equipped with a gas stove and a sink with drainage, but no running water. The owner provides 25 liters of drinking water.

The lakeside sauna includes a dressing room and a wood-heated sauna stove, with washing water heated in a stove tank. Water is carried from the lake. The outdoor toilet is in the same building as the wood shed. There is a campfire site by the shore.

There is a separate sleeping outbuilding with a double bed, and a large terrace in the yard.
