The main building includes an entrance hall leading to the combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom, and a large living area. The spacious living room features a heat-storing fireplace, a dining set, and a seating area with a TV. The bedroom has a sturdy bunk bed with two sleeping places, as well as a baking oven, ceramic stove, and freezer. The adjacent utility kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The large living area includes a heat-storing fireplace and two beds. The main building is equipped with two air-source heat pumps.
In the yard, there is an outdoor sauna with a wood-burning stove. The owner provides guidance on heating the stove. Cold water is supplied to the sauna via a garden hose, and washing water is heated in the sauna's water tank.

A flat grassy/wooded yard area surrounded by forest. The yard is spacious and receives plenty of sunlight. The surrounding area offers excellent terrain for berry picking, mushroom foraging, and outdoor activities.
