The property includes a combined kitchen/living room, 5 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 3 downstairs), a loft, a sauna, a bathroom/WC, 2 separate WCs, a dressing room, a vestibule, a terrace, a storage room, a fireplace, and firewood (in the storage room).
Four bedrooms have 2 x 80 cm beds each, and one bedroom has a 140 cm double bed. The loft has 4 additional mattresses for one.
At the lakeshore, there is a shared pier, a boat, and a kota.
