Kodikas pieni mökki, makuuhuone ahdas parisänky 120 cm muuten tilaa oli riittävästi kahdelle. Kaikki tarpeelliset varusteet löytyi, astiota riittävästi. Hintalaatusuhde hyvä.

Mökin sijainti laskettelua ja hiihtoa ajatellen on loistava. Ladut ja lähin hissi ovat n. 100 m päässä mökistä. Ruuanlaittoon on välineitä runsaasti joten kokkaaminen mökillä onnistuu mukavasti. Kolmelle henkilölle mökki on juuri sopivan kokoinen.
