One of four beautiful small cabins built in 2024, located in a holiday village on the shores of Lake Syväjärvi, near ski slopes and within walking distance of Ukkohalla's amenities. The lake, northern lights, and slopes can be viewed directly from the large windows.

This studio with a view (detached house) is situated on the shores of Lake Syväjärvi, built in 2024. The four cabins share a private sandy beach, pier, rowing boat, 3 SUP boards, 2 open kayaks, 3 water running belts, and life jackets in various sizes.

Amenities include an air source heat pump, toilet, shower, induction hob, microwave with grill, refrigerator with freezer compartment, hand blender/mixer, air fryer, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, extractor fan, dishes for four, 4K smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, JBL Horizon2 Bluetooth clock radio, and electric blackout curtains. The property has a WiFi Mesh network.

There are two separate beds made up as a double bed, with an alternative sleeping option of a sofa bed that opens into an additional bed. Large windows offer views of the lake and Ukkohalla ski resort. The outdoor terrace features glass railings and a terrace heater.

Shared facilities for the four cabins include a lakeside sauna (wood-heated stove) and a fireplace room, both with large windows. The lakeside sauna has a summer water pipe; at other times, water must be carried from the main cabin. In summer, there is also an outdoor shower on the lakeside sauna's terrace. The lakeside sauna and fireplace room have a separate reservation book on the sauna wall. The fireplace room also has a 4K smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, as well as an air source heat pump, drinks fridge, Xbox console, and hairdryer.

During the winter season 2026-2027, 4 ski passes are available for shared use. A maximum of 2 passes can be reserved per booking per cabin for one day at a time. The owner can provide more information about the location and booking of the passes.

In summer, the shared lakeshore has sun loungers and benches. There is an opportunity for winter swimming. In winter, water for the lakeside sauna is carried from the cabin or the lake (from a hole in the ice). A Weber gas grill is available for shared use at the sauna building, and there is a covered grill shelter behind the building.

The holiday village has its own spacious and illuminated parking area and a maintenance building with charging points for electric/hybrid cars: 2x type2 11kW and 2 continuous current 16A super-suko sockets. The maintenance building also has fitness equipment (exercise bike, cross trainer, wakeboard, table tennis, 3 water running belts, 4 life jackets), a darts board, two washing machines, two tumble dryers, a drying cabinet, toilet, and a small kitchen with coffee-making facilities and a microwave with grill, as well as an air source heat pump. There is also one potty available for shared use among the 4 cabins.

The property is located on a sloping plot, with access from the parking area to the cabin via a somewhat steep "serpentine" path.

The accommodation price includes final cleaning and bed linens (sheets and towels).
