One of four beautiful small cabins built in 2024, located in a holiday village on the shores of Lake Syväjärvi, close to ski slopes and within walking distance of Ukkohalla's services. The lake, northern lights, and slopes can be viewed directly from the large windows.

Studio with a view (detached house) on the shores of Lake Syväjärvi, built in 2024. The four cabins share a private sandy beach, pier, rowing boat, 3 SUP boards, 2 open kayaks, 3 aqua jogging belts, and various sizes of life jackets.

The accommodation price includes final cleaning and bed linens (sheets and towels).

Amenities include a toilet, shower, air-source heat pump, induction stove, microwave with grill, refrigerator with freezer compartment, hand blender/mixer, AirFryer, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, range hood, dishes for four, 400 M Wi-Fi Mesh network, 4K smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, JBL Horizon2 Bluetooth clock radio, electric blackout curtain, and hairdryer.

Two single beds made up as a double bed, a sofa bed that converts into an additional bed, large panoramic windows overlooking the lake and Ukkohalla ski resort, outdoor terrace with glass railing and terrace heater.

Additionally, the shared facilities for the four cabins include a lakeside sauna (wood-heated stove) and a fireplace room, both with panoramic windows. The lakeside sauna has a summer water supply; otherwise, water must be carried from the main cabin. In summer, there is also an outdoor shower on the lakeside sauna's terrace. There is a separate reservation book for the sauna and room on the sauna wall. Ice swimming is possible. In winter, water for the lakeside sauna is carried from the cabin or the lake (from the ice hole). The fireplace room also has a 4K smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Additionally, there is an air-source heat pump, beverage refrigerator, and Xbox gaming console. A shared Weber gas grill is available next to the sauna building, and a covered grill shelter is located behind the building.

During the winter season 2026-2027, 4 ski passes are available for shared use. A maximum of 2 passes can be reserved per booking per cabin for one day at a time. The owner can provide more information about the location and reservation of the passes.

In summer, the shared lakeshore has sun loungers and benches.

The holiday village has its own spacious and illuminated parking area and a service building with charging points for electric/hybrid cars: 2x type2 11kW and 2x 16A (continuous current) super-suko sockets (included in the price). The service building also has fitness equipment (exercise bike, cross-trainer, wakeboard, table tennis, 3 aqua jogging belts, 4 life jackets), a darts board, two washing machines, two tumble dryers, a drying cabinet, a toilet, and a small kitchen with coffee-making facilities and a microwave with grill, as well as an air-source heat pump. There is also one potty shared among the 4 cabins.

The property is located on a sloping plot, with access from the parking area to the cabin via a somewhat steep "serpentine" path.
