For a separate agreement / additional price, 87m2 of additional space on the lower floor is available. There is 2 sofa beds and openable sofa bed for two and table, kitchen (no dishwasher), small bedroom with 120 cm wide bed, small WC. Extra space is available for an additional cost of 50%, which will be added to the normal accommodation price. If you would like to book this extra space, please make reservation by phone. On the lower ground floor there is a large sauna, dressing room, washroom with shower, bathtub, WC and washing machine. Final cleaning costs 150 € if the whole house is cleaned (three floors). Large yard area, cars can be parked in the side yard of the building in summer.
