Final Cleaning 124 €Built in 2008, this detached house in Hyryoja, Ii, offers comfortable facilities and a lush yard that invites you to relax in a peaceful rural setting.
All the cabin's spaces are on one floor: in the living room, you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and baking oven, and the well-equipped kitchen makes cooking and dining effortless. There are two bedrooms: one with three 80 cm wide beds, and the other with a 160 cm wide double bed. Additionally, there is an 80 cm wide mattress in the walk-in closet for extra sleeping space. A separate toilet, utility room, electric sauna, and a bathroom with another toilet complete the amenities. The small terrace in the backyard provides a spot to enjoy the outdoors.
The spacious yard includes a wood storage, a campfire site, terrace furniture, and a lakeside sauna with a dressing room, wood-burning stove, and water carried in. At the riverfront, just 30 meters from the water, you can experience the tranquility of nature. However, be cautious of the current and the quickly deepening shore when swimming.
The cabin is equipped with WiFi and an air source heat pump for additional heating and cooling.
This cabin is ideal for families or small groups who appreciate being close to nature and a peaceful environment.
Pets are not allowed.
Although the cabin is set in a tranquil rural landscape, it is only 15.8 km to the nearest shop and 53 km to the closest town, Kemi. Both the Bothnian Bay National Park and the towns of Tornio and Haparanda (Sweden) are 81 km away, while Oulu is 83 km away. Ranua Wildlife Park is 85 km away.
Natural conditions (e.g. water levels) may vary and affect, for example, the accuracy of the shoreline description. Lomarengas is not responsible for such changes or their impact on the use of the property. Further information in the booking terms.
