The boat rental includes 10 liters fuel, wetsuit, wakeboard, water skis and pull ring. An electric outboard motor for the rowing boat is also for rent. If you wish, you can ask heating of the hot tub or the lakeside sauna carried out for the agreed time, price 100 euro. Payments in cash to the guardian on site. The rent for the smoke sauna is 200 euro/heating. The smoke sauna cannot be heated on its own. If you order smoke sauna heating at the same time with heating of the hot tub and the lakeside sauna, the price is 100 euro. Possibility of ice swimming in winter. There are some limitations on the availability of the additional services during the frosty season. Water from the well may have sometimes color issues, it is recommended to bring your own drinking water with you. The property is rented only to families and couples and others who enjoy a peaceful holiday. The property is not rented to groups consisting of under 30 year old people. Please respect the peace of the neighbors.

Le Club 44 is a high-quality rental villa on a large and quiet plot close to amenities. The destination is ideal, for example, for two families or even for a larger group of guests. The power plug can be used to charge an electric car for an additional fee of €10/car/visit, charging preferably at night, payment to the caretaker. It is possible to get a catering service to the villa, ask details from the guardian. Services of Kausala 4 km (shops, bus and train connections), Iitti Golf 9 km, KymiRing (motor racing circuit) 12 km, Kouvola and Tykkimäki 25 km, Lahti 45 km, Valkmusa National Park 57 km, Lappeenranta 111 km, Helsinki 134 km. Long stairs to the beach (ascent of 40 m on a distance of 7-8 m) also serve as excellent fitness stairs. There will be construction work (storage building) about 50 m from the cabin.   Meille jo tuttu kohde, ihankuin omaan mökkiin olisi mennyt. Loistava sijainti ja runsaasti tilaa isommalle porukalle. Kaksi keittiötä antaa mahdollisuuksia esim. leipomiseen ja ruoanlaittoon samanaikaisesti. Meille tärkeä asia on se, että koiran voi tuoda mukanaan mökille ja se vaikuttaa sina lomakohteemme valintaan.

  Ihana, tilava ja toimiva mökki meidän 4 perheen yhteiseen viikonlopun viettoon. Isoista ikkunoista avautuvat maisemat olivat huikeat. Ainoa miinus oli että yläkertaan vievät portaat olivat liian jyrkät pienimmille lapsille sekä se että mökin vesi ei ollut juoma kelpoista.
