The boat rental includes 10 liters fuel, wetsuit, wakeboard, water skis and pull ring. An electric outboard motor for the rowing boat is also for rent. The rent for the smoke sauna is 200 euro/heating. Reservation and payment to the guardian. The smoke sauna cannot be heated on its own. There are some limitations on the availability of the additional services during the frosty season. Water from the well may have sometimes color issues, it is recommended to bring your own drinking water with you. The property is rented only to families and couples and others who enjoy a peaceful holiday. The property is not rented to groups consisting of under 30 year old people. Le Club 44 is a high-quality rental villa on a large and quiet plot close to amenities. The destination is ideal, for example, for two families or even for a larger group of guests. The power plug can be used to charge an electric car for an additional fee of €10/car/visit, charging preferably at night, payment to the caretaker. It is possible to get a catering service to the villa, ask details from the guardian. Services of Kausala 4 km (shops, bus and train connections), Iitti Golf 9 km, KymiRing (motor racing circuit) 12 km, Kouvola and Tykkimäki 25 km, Lahti 45 km, Valkmusa National Park 57 km, Lappeenranta 111 km, Helsinki 134 km. Long stairs to the beach (ascent of 40 m on a distance of 7-8 m) also serve as excellent fitness stairs. There will be construction work (storage building) about 50 m from the cabin.   Olemme lomailleet samassa kohteessa nyt neljä kertaa ja tuntuu kuin omalle mökille tulisi. Mökki sopii isollekin porukalle ja keittiön / olohuoneen väliovi eristää hyvin ääntä jos osa haluaa mennä aikaisemmin nukkumaan. Olemme myös nauttineet joka kerta saunomisesta sekä paljusta ja ihanista maisemista!
