Log cottage 2010, living room/kitchen with 2 extra beds, heat-storing fireplace, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, wc, hall and large open terrace. Cold and hot water from the municipal water connection. The shower is in the washroom of a separate sauna building.
Separate sauna building (25 m²) with small bedroom/dressing room 2 beds (elect. heating), sauna (wood-burning stove, underfloor heating), washing room, terrace 10 m². In washing room there is shower, WC, underfloor heating and washing machine.
The plot also has an outdoor toilet.
Log cottage with lakeshore sauna located on a small island close to shore; short embankment road to island (50 m). There is room for several cars in the yard. Lake is on 3 sides. Good fishing waters.
