80 kms northeast from Joensuu. River Koitajoki 50 metres (length 200 kms), low, hardbottomed beach is partly sanded, otherwise the bottom is muddy (not sinking), own boat. Wooden cottage built in 2004, renovated in 2018. Kitchen-living room with convertible sofa, bedroom with double bed, wood-heated sauna (entrance from the porch), sauna's dressing room with convertible sofa, terrace.

Charming little bungalow on the shore of the wilderness of Koitajoki. The cabin has solar power, including 2, 220 V sockets. The kitchen has a sewer but no water pipes. Drinking water comes from a pump from your own mine to the sauna. An additional heat source is a photometric radiant heater. The cottage is located along the Koitajoki canoe route. Through the river you can reach for examp.to Koitere. It is possible to rent canoes and kayaks from the owner, including pre-planned route suggestions. The owner also rents hiking equipment for example. tents and sleeping bags. The cottage has hooks and it is possible to rent nets and catwalks from the owner. About 300 metres away is another rented cottage 13720 Ilo 103. The cottage includes a gas grill and a campfire place. 100 metres away is the village of Huhus village association with a barbecue shelter. It is possible to rent a smoke sauna from the owner near the cottage the Koitajoki River at a different price. In neighboring marshlands you can collect berries. You can also order a morning and evening meals as well as a dinner party from the owner. On the other side of the river begins the bird-watching Kesonsuo nature reserve. To the archipelago of Koitere along the road 9 km, Koitajoki about 30 km. Two beautiful national parks, Petkeljärvi and Patvinsuo, within 60 km radius. The reservations start at 15.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).

  Tunnelmallinen ja siisti mökki rauhallisella paikalla. Rantaan oli jonkin verran matkaa, eikä kaunista jokimaisemaa valitettavasti nähnyt mökiltä. Kajakkien vuokraus onnistui kätevästi.
