Storeroom with ski care equipment. Apartment has 2 TV sets, cable TV, Play Station 2, ceramic-top cooker and separate oven. Area 42 m² + loft 11 m².

End apartment in small rowhouse/terrace house block in southern slope area of Kaunispää in Saariselkä. Gentle slope towards south. Lovely forested slope. Ideal location for Saariselkä’s services. Ski trails 300 m, also illuminated trails. Kaunispää ski lifts 2 km. Spa and evening entertainment 1.5 km. Church 1 km and Saariselkä Siula (shopping centre, boutiques) 1 km. Final cleaning is included in the total price if reservation is made later than 5.6.2023.

Lomahuoneisto hyvällä sijainnilla Kaunispään rinteellä. Latu menee 100m päässä mökin yläpuolella. Huoneisto ei ollut moderni, mutta asiat toimivat hyvin. Lämpöä riitti myös pakkasilla.
