Toimiva siisti asunto kahdelle henkilölle. Vähän vanhahtava sisustus, mutta kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi, keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Taloyhtiössä erillinen suksihuoltotila säteilijälämmittimellä plussaa.
