315 km to the north from Rovaniemi, 12 km from Ivalo, located by the river Ivalojoki, behind a boat ride. Length of the boat trip is about 1 km. Boat and outboard are included in the rental price, customer brings the fuel (4-stroke engine)

River Ivalojoki 30 m (width of the river in front of the cabin is 140 m), shallow and deep beach, pier.
In winter, the cabin can be reached by skiing or using the guest's own snowmobile (distance is about 1 km). Owner can arrange a snowmobile sleigh ride to the cottage and back for about 20 e/one way.

Planed log cabin, built in 1985. Living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, both with 2 beds, sauna (wood-burning sauna stove), washing area and covered porch. An outdoor toilet. Separate shed with sofa bed. There are electric lightning and electric heating in the shed. The freezer is located in the shed. Smoker, griddle pan and wood burning grill on the barbeque hut.
There is also a special lakeside sauna.

During summer time, water pipe in use (water from the river). From June to August also shower in the washing area. Faucet in the kitchen, water from the river. The sink. Water supply 50 m. Drinking water available all round the year. Water to the sauna must be brought by using bucket from the river or from the water supply with a hose.
