Villa Vuono is a log cabin built in 2000, located in the heart of untouched nature by Lake Inari in Northern Lapland. 320 km north of Rovaniemi and 26 km northeast of Ivalo. The lake is just 50 meters away, and from the terrace, there is a wooden walkway leading to the grill shelter and directly to the pier. The Nanguniemi harbor is 5 km away, and the Veskoniemi harbor is 10 km away by water. The cabin is accessible by car. The ground floor of the cabin features a living area, a lounge, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a sauna, as well as one bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed. The open loft has 5 sleeping places: one 160 cm wide mattress, a single sofa bed, and two 80 cm wide mattresses. At the end of the loft, there is a small remote work area, which is enclosed by a door. Outside, there is a car heating point and an electric car charging station with a 3x16A charger and a Type 2 connector. The cabin offers easy access to Lake Inari's fishing and canoeing routes. In winter, the area offers excellent opportunities for skiing and snowmobiling. Nearby nature reserves offer fantastic hiking and trekking opportunities. There is also the possibility of seeing the Northern Lights and experiencing the beautiful winter landscape of Lapland. Hunting and fishing opportunities are available in the Jänislahti area.
A rowing boat and outboard motor are included in the price, but fuel must be purchased separately. The beach is shallow and has a firm bottom. Fishing and hunting in the Nanguvuono area: A national fishing management fee is required for fishing, in addition to a local fishing permit for Lake Inari. A state hunting license covering the area is needed for hunting. Licenses can be obtained through the Metsähallitus online service. Small game hunting: Small game hunting is possible in the Tsarmitunturi 1612 area. More information and permits: www.eraluvat.fi.
