Asunto sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla. Lyhyehkö matka kauppaan ja vaellusreiteille. Erittäin siisti ja kauniisti kalustettu. Kaunis Pentikin astiasto ja kauniita laseja. Astioita riittävästi. Kerrostaloasunto kahdessa kerroksessa. 'Vinttihuoneen'yhteydessä myös suihku ja wc. Alakerrassa sauna ja suihkutilat ja erillinen wc.
